GLENN IS DEAD!
So is Abraham, but everyone was pretty much prepared for Abraham's death. If you read up on every fan theory, did calculations in probability and spent hours psychoanalyzing the decision patterns of the producers compared to fan influence, you were probably prepared for Abraham's death. After all, it only makes sense! Abraham was obviously the muscle behind the group, and the show spent a few episodes building on his backstory and love life as a set up for his heroic exit (see Denise's death for a pattern), but I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised at the cruel decision of the sadistic writers and producers of TWD for ripping the collective fan base's heart out. Glenn was my personal favorite, and one of the 5 survivors from Season 1. We have seen Glenn go from cartoonish pizza delivery boy (reminiscent of Michelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) to savage warrior and future leader of the group. I understand that his death was long overdue according to the comics, but my heart will still take time and pizza to recover from the sad, gruesome death that my beloved had to suffer.
I have to give credit to the makeup artists though for their disgustingly accurate representation of Glenn's slow and painful death. I mean, LOOK AT THAT EYEBALL!
