What you should eat right now ( as recommended by a four year old )

I had no idea what to write today, so I did what any good author does when coming up against a case of writer's block; I asked my four year old nephew what I should write about. He said "bisketti" (his cute pronunciation of spaghetti). So, if you are craving something special today, my adorable nephew and aspiring food expert may have a recommendation.

Feeling tired? Macaroni and cheese might be the best choice to get yourself going.

Between the easy energy access from quick carbs, and the simplicity of preparation, I can see why my nephew would recommend this choice. When I asked him why he recommended this specific choice, he simply said "it makes me exited, and when I'm exited, I'm less tired."

Feeling sad? Chocolate chip cookies are the easiest way to brighten your day.

Whether you buy them at the store, or make them yourself, these treats are "just so yummy!"

Feeling stressed? My nephew recommends a freshly squeezed glass of lemonade to wash your troubles away.

No matter what mood you are in, it seems that my nephew's diagnosis is "bisketti". So, if you are craving something special, consider the wise words of a random four year old kid and go get some spaghetti.
